Dr. Nikki Gives Her Patient a Checkup He Will Never Forget

Dr. Nikki Gives Her Patient a Checkup He Will Never Forget places Dr. Nikki and a male patient in a medical examination role-play that becomes an explicit adult encounter. Listed on Vrporn.com, the 33:47 POV VR scene uses 180° 3D, 6K resolution and 60 FPS.

A checkup turned into adult role-play

The medical setting stays at the centre of the fantasy. Dr. Nikki takes the doctor role, while the viewer occupies the patient-facing perspective as the appointment shifts from its examination setup into a playful, performance-led exchange.

The scene includes teasing and fingering, handjob and blowjob scenes, and deepthroat. Penetrative sex appears in missionary, doggystyle, cowgirl and reverse cowgirl positions. Anal play with a butt plug and cumshots are also part of the encounter.

That range gives the premise a clear progression without losing the doctor-and-patient framing. The POV presentation keeps the audience on the patient's side of the examination, making this a defined medical role-play scene rather than a generic adult setup.

The doctor and the patient

Dr. Nikki leads the performance as the doctor. Her role supplies the medical-fantasy premise and keeps the appointment's tone playful and performance-led.

The male patient is the viewer-facing participant. The camera presents the examination from his side, placing the audience inside the patient role as the checkup develops into the adult encounter.
